I work in Coudersport PA (read Adelphia Cable)but not for Adelphia It's high time for Exec's to be paid on performance not education or position. They also need to wake up to their responsibility to the people they employ and those who invest in their company. when was the last time you were fired for appaling performance but were given 6 months wages to go away. or paid millions to run a company under. anyone can sit in an office and read the Wallstreet Journal while your under paid administrative assistant does the real work. most exec'x could be replaced by a five figure worker and end up more productive. I believe we are headed for a nasty downturn in the economy brought on by decietfull accounting practices. I've generalized here so no offense to the hard working... Government of the PEOPLE by the PEOPLE for the PEOPLE not of the CORP. by the CORP. for the CORP as it seems to have become....

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics.
