Well you could just drill and tap the broken plug for a smaller size plug. If you use an easy out, don't break the easy out off. If you drill it using one size larger drill until you just see the threads at this time you may be able to tap the plug side ways and have it loosen up. The threads left won't have much strength and will allow you to compress the plug. Fileing it with a round file or grinding it out with a round stone until all the threads just show would be another way if my first idea doesn't work. At this point you may be able to get the end of the thread with a pair of vice grips and pull what is left of the threads out in one long piece, or they may come out little at a time with a pick.
