I have considered getting one because of portability and building codes. I can put it close to the property line and move it if someone complains. I have seen a few in the neighborhood and believe they are being used for similiar reasons, i.e. they can not build. If I had acreage of my own, I would build something. You might want to consider how long the canvas will last outside in your climate. Have you looked into pre-built walls?
