As another 8N owner, I'd say pass on the tractor. They are cute (kinda), but they don't work that well. A later hundred series will work circles around the N. Lack of live hydraulics is the first crippling blow. Lack of live pto is the second crippling blow. Put a loader on the tractor (I've got one), and the tractor becomes the most horrible machine to live with.
