There was no paper work on this problem, no court order or anything, the only place the "so called road" leads to is a equepment tunnel that dot closed 9 years ago because of safty concerns, the lady that that coused the most damegae to the fence ( over 50 ft destroyed) had a permisive right of way untill the city road was opened, we had built a new road to her lot, but she did not like it because it was to close to the property line, she wants to cross right threw the middle of every thing. the city attorny has ordered the "city mob" to return all of the gates that they had stillen, when they destroyed the fences they stoll everything in site. I just cant belive that a sheriff would get in the middle of this with out a court order. this hole problem started when we went to the city and asked for a bussiness license, we have seans told the city to "go to hell' we dont want a bussiness in this town any more, we wont it left open space, we have been fighting with the city for over two years trying to get the bussness licence, we have done everything they had asked us to do exsept sign over the right of ways, they wanted a 65 foot right of way to a 10 foot tunnel that has been closed for 10 years.

I was thirteen, and Kathy (my oldest sister) was seven. At this age, I believed tractor farming was the only way, hot stuff -- and given a chance I probably would have used the tractor, Dad's first, a 1936 Model "A" John Deere, to go bring in the cows! And I think Dad was ready for some automation too. And so it was that we acquired a good, used J. I. Case, wire tie hay baler. In addition to a person to drive th ... [Read Article]
