Why does a tractor board HAVE to be pure nuts and bolts, wrench instructions? Why is a discussion comparing an IHC f806 and a JD 4020 INFANTILE? Why do you object? IMO the ULTIMATE means of tractor bashing is PULLING---competitive comparison of two tractors! Unfortunately, pulling does not compare BRANDS of tractors but rather it compares dollar$ $pent. I am very interested in my tractors, I am proud of my tractors, and I don't mind defending them and I WILL argue for their merits! On YT, since this will usually get one "Deplored" by all of the "too proud to defend their iron" types, I don't tend to want to start this sort of topic. Some of the posters here act as if they were too good to take part,that somehow talking about the relative merits is beneith them, and they severly criticise anyone who does. I find this new "Bashing" board to be enjoyable. If I wanted to be a school teacher I would have studied to do so. There is a limit to how often looking up part numbers for people remaisn enjoyable. As it is, I like to argue---I should have been a politician, so debating the relative merits of two or more tractors, just like debating which pickup truck is better, is fun and enjoyable. You don't have to visit myoldparts.com.
