Actually it was $1800 Canadian ($1200 US) and I guess it always seems funny when someone else thinks something is cheap when I think it's expensive. The one I saw at the auction was restored although not a great restoration. There are lots of Cockshutt 30's (wide fronts only for the most part) up here, I bought a good running one about 6 years ago with brand new rear rubber for $550 Cdn. The tin was rough and it was super-dirty but it made a nice project and is now restored. Mind you, most of them aren't necessarily that cheap.
