Two comments -

1. Grew up as a cowboy - started chewing (Copenhagen) around 10. We all did it! I don't smoke as I listened to my Dad hack every day.

Still chew Cope today but have learned to be very discrete and clean with it. Lot's of folks I work with don't even know. That other fella must be a slob or wife more tolerant than most.

2. As to a bath - I ain't taking no bath!! Since I was old enough to realize I have to wash my face after sitting in my own stew I swore off baths for life!!
