If you are not in need of the CaCl any longer, I would call a local tire shop to come out and pump it out for you. My local dealer will pump it out and keep the fluid in trade for the cost of the service call. Allowing the fluid to be spread through the gravel driveway will show up after the next 1-2 inch rainfall as the rain will wash it into the yard and your grass will suffer.
