Howard Rotovator - got it home! ROBERT?

I need a couple of small parts foy my new tiller. It is missing one of the "L" shaped brackets that hold the depth control skid shoes. Also one of the damper springs on the trailing board is broken. Robert, I notice in one of your pictures you have the trailing board hanging with chain, with no down pressure at all. Does that work well? Possibly I don't really need that damper spring. Also, I have no Howard dealer near me. How would you suggest I get parts from Howard? I would like to paint this thing and put original decals on it; I guess that's the "restorer" in me.
