Actually splitting the Hydrogen from the Oxygen in water is easy. I can't remember the experiment exactly... Get a tub of water, and hook a SMALL current to it, with the positive and negative electrodes not too far apart. Hyrogen bubbles will gather around one electrode (negative side I think) and Oxygen bubbles around the other, due to their different charges. This can be used to gather hydrogen and oxygen gas, although, not much! Of course, this doesn't happen in an engine's cylinders. The water just turns to steam, and makes more pressure (either for more power, or more fuel economy). I don't suggest trying the above experiment, because my memory is a bit sketchy! I don't want anybody getting fried if I'm wrong! Or blown up if I'm right! Brandon
