If he is scamming a lot of people, contact the States Attornys Office for help. You might also take him to small claims court. Not too long ago, a party pulled this type of scam, and was very quickly arrested, his house searched, and items seized. The State authorities do not look lightly on these types of individuals, after it becomes a criminal enterprise for these people. Good Luck.
