Replacement Gas tank for JD A or other options??

I am restoring a 1940 all fuel A. Today I removed the main fuel tank from the styled hood and found a gaping 18x12 inch rust hole complete with a squirrel's nest. Can I buy a replacement main tank....or what are my options? Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
