You may not have to drive in the bushings.If you can find a source of dry ice.I.E. frozen CO 2.Soak your bushings in dry ice sandwich the whole mass with an inch or more of old newspaper to insulate.Then freeze the bushings and drop them in. Got to be sure not to stop part way in or you will have to drive anyway. Ice cream companies can supply,or look in classified phone book for a supplier. You wont need more than two pounds for a couple bushings.Probably much less.
