Thanks, King does have one that will work, but "dealer cost" is $$665 ! I called my nearest Freightliner dealer yesterday and the parts guy said theirs was about $600 for the parts. about $1,000 with installation..so now I'm wondering where the heck Freighliner is getting theirs ? On the theory that this engine/transmission combo is about the same as on a Dodge diesel pickup truck, I called my local Dodge dealer to see what they had. She looked it up and said the Dodge truck CC retrofit was discontinued due to lack of sales....&$%#@%!* Wonder what the difference is between the $600 types and the $125 types Advance Auto and JC Whitney sell for cars ?
