Are they offering you a machine to use while yours is being repaired? If they are then you have a means to work! Not a pleasant situation. But if they are living up to there obligations there is not much else other than good will policy. If getting parts is a problem? Most companies will not pay to have parts air freighted to there facility for warranty jobs. You might check the cost to have this done and hold them to there word. If it does not show up 2nd day air I would not pay for 2nd day air service. If solving the problem you have with the tractor (can't figure it out) is the hold up this can be frustrating. If the tractor never gets out of the shop I would consider legal advice.
