To late to go back to builder now. Per builder changes were required due to new wind load requirements (new hurricane code). Builder failed to mention this during our drawing. Bank deferred to builder's expertise. Me, I am pissed as I much more work to do to add an attic.

I have 2 months left and a lifetime of learning has been gained from this experience. Drop me a line if more details needed.
