Sorry To here your problems John. Here the county sherriff goes after hot check writers. If he mailed the check, then turn it into the US Postal system as mail fraud. This one gets the best attention of the bad check writer. A cashiers check or certified check can be stop payment very easy. The bank makes the Person post a 1% fee for the stop payment. That leaves only cash! Me I would do a 2am repo if all else fails. Pull it out with a pick-up down the road then load it up. Of course have your papers with you that you own it. T_Bone
