That tire was never made as a tubless, that means that you must have a tube and that something punchured it, it could have been months that it was in the dire and just now finally wore thru the tube, if you do not dismount and find the hole and whatever caused it in the first place you will never get it to hold and only make more holes in the tube, never use any of that stuf in a tube type tire, will not work, will only make things worse
