I sure hope that you didn't use Any starting fluid. Using starting fluid can very easily break rings and ring lands, causing low compression which causes the engine to run raw or be hard starting. Check for excess blowby at the breather or take a compresson check. If you didn't use starting fluid and the engine was easy to start before, then I would re-bleed all the way to the injecters. You should get a bubble free squirt,at the injectors as you crank, if the system is properly bled. Use gloves, the squirt is in excess of 2000 psi and can pierce your skin.
