I am not certain I understand you problem. If you are saying you lifted your 3 point all the way up and it is stuck there, there is a lock on the left side on the rear that locks the implements up for transport. To unlock it you will have to pull your 3 point control all the way back then flip the lock out to release. At least all older DBs are set up this way.
