Dusty, If I read between the lines in your post correctly what you want doesn't exist. The 8N will fall short on a lot of the features you want. In fact most brands of older utility tractors will fall short in one area or another usually the power steering. That being said you might look at an Oliver55 or a later model the 550, don't sell short a massey 135. I am not familiar enough with John Deere to give you a model no. but others on this site are and should advise. As with any older tractor you will need to shop. The old saying "you will have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find a prince" is not far off. Many older models are just flat wore out, but there are those that were well cared for and serviced and have many years of work left in them. Good luck
