I do mag and carb repair. The Bosch is one of the best out there. I doubt if it needs to be recharged. It should be completly taken down to do a perfect recharge. You will need a magnet charger and charging blocks to do the job. Most of the Bosch I get in need points, cond, good brushes in the cap. Sometimes they are carbon tracked real bad on the rotor. The movable breaker plate could be real loose on the pivot point .Therefore you cant keep correct points gap.Start with points and cond and carbon track .I will bet you will get your spark back.Earl
