Woods 9000 Backhoe

Can someone please give me some information on a Woods 9000 Backhoe that mounts on a 3 point hitch. It has a 24 inch bucket. Is this bucket to large for rocky soil? Will it be slow to work with? This is a used piece of equipment and if someone can tell me what I should look for regarding how to look for abuse that would be very helpful. Also, what type of stress will be put on the tractor?
