Sounds like you got plenty of good advice here.

I would go a little bigger than you think you need right now. Then you'll be sure that you have enough tractor down the road when you add additional acres. Sometimes you can actually buy more HP for less money than a smaller tractor.

Also I would be sure to get something with indepedent PTO and live hydraulics.
