Ford 335 w Loader Hydraulic Problem

I borrowed an older Ford tractor (model CU212K, Tractor# C581383) to do a little dirt work.

Here's the problem- the supply line to the front hydraulic pump is collapsing due to suction. I assume this means I need at add fluid. I can't find the filler. Also, where's the screen or filter to check for blockage?

One more thing-what's the capacity of the trans/hyd sump? It's full of water/oil emulsion. Not very good for the system.
