I had a similar experemce with a guy in NY. He agreed we had a deal. I sent a check that day and e-mailed him that I put it in the mail. I kept waiting to hear from him and received no replys to e-mail. The check did not clear. About three weeks later i received the check back with a note he had sold the tractor. Said he did not receive the check until then. My money was tied up for three weeks. I think he at least should have contacted me or replied to e-mails. That is the only negative experance with dealing with tractors I have had. Most people are good to deal with and honest.
