Josh, I would start by double-checking your clutch adjustment, and make sure the linkage is in good condition and not sloppy anywhere, which could cause the clutch to not fully disengage. I'm not an Oliver man, so I can't tell you what to look for specifically, but that is generally the easiest and quickest thing to check first.
