Hi Stan,

Check the link below for a tool you can use to break the bead with the tire on the tractor. The beads generally break down VERY hard but with this tool it is a snap. I used it to change a couple of 11.2x24 tires this fall. They were not left on the tractor though because I needed to blast and paint the rims while I was at it.

Somewhat expensive but definitely worth it.
