I used to sell tires and have changed hundreds of them. I would go with the bead breaking tool
from Gemplers. Pros use a similar one that is air powered. The only other option that I would use is a slide hammer bar. Don't try to lift the tire.
Adjust the height by jacking or lowering the tractor. Good luck. Ed
