Topeka Hi-way Mower

Well, the only information I've found on this weird looking bird is that the Kansas highway dept and other towns used them for mowing in the 30's, 40's and 50's. Any other info would be appreciated! I will post pictures later. It's about the size of a CJ-2a, flat head Ford V-8, '34-'36 Ford grill(maybe), rear mounted round fuel tank, belt drive off of front engine pulley through a shaft to a mid mounted pulley for the sickle mower, 16 inch tires.
