two things, the emergency flasher and the turn signal flasher
are two seperate circuits.So,there is two seperate flashers. But,
not sure that is the problem. It sounds like it is a burnt out bulb
on the right side. Check the side marker lights because they
somtimes get overlooked. Also, inspect the sockets and make
sure the bulbs are installed properly(they will go in two ways)
