The website or server it is on has been having trouble lately. However there could be another cause, if you are viewing this site from work ( gasp)
sometimes the internet firewalls used will cache pages and really be showing an old page to you. If this is the case just hit refresh on your browser and you should get the latest view. Tractors is a love of mine, but I make my money right now off of computers.
