I have a 1980{?} Hines H-1600 tractor, recently repowered with a Kohler 14hp. I also have mid and rear disc harrows and cultivators, mid shovel blade and 5ft mower, and rear plow implements. I also have the owners manual and parts catalog. While they are not totally comprehensive, they do have great linkage adjustment instructions and good exploded views. I am interested in hearing from owners who have questions or wish to sell or trade H-1600 tractors, implements, or parts. i am willing to share what info I have. I got my Hines from the original owner, who lost track of the motor after it failed. He said folks had come by wanting to buy the tractor, but he didn't want to sell. When he heard of my plans for the tractor, maintaining the public motorcycle trail system in the Francis Marion Forest in S.C., he most graciously donated the tractor to me and my club,Family Riders {www.familyriders.org} After about 6 months of leisure restoration, it is fully operational, needing only paint. I have had it out on the trails and am very happy with its performance. I look forward to hearing from other owners, and will soon post a picture on this site. Robert Wilcox Family riders sc@aol.com
