7000's are good tractors. 5000-7710 are all very similar. Different horse power, modernizations, etc. 7000 is the oldest edition of the 7000 to 7600 to 7610 and the corresponding platform models 7700, 7710. These tractors have really taken a price hit this past year due to the steep discounting by New Holland for the 7610S which is still in current production through 2002 model year. Good, late model 7610's can be bought now for under $8500. Don't pay too much for the older tractor. David
