If you have any e-mail between the two or the three of you about the tractor ,its condition and equipment.....pictures of the tractor as you bought it......now you are ready for small claims court......A note to all you guys, a buisness deal must be handled in a way to cover what the deal is...I e-mail a list of 10 questions ...request, he answer each one and number them.....I also ask for close up pictures from several angles (4or5)....The pictures must also be verry clear......have you noticed a few sellers use very small pictures or pictures out of focus......beware.......
