Hi, I found this post on the archives so if I'm duplicating anything I'm sorry. The 154 started out as the Nuffield B.M.C. mini tractor model 9/16. 9 forward gears 16hp. The engine is a BMC 'A'series derived 948cc diesel or petrol(gasoline). The 9/16 was very underpowered so a 1500cc diesel was introduced and became known as the 4/25. When Nuffield, BMC, Austin, Morris and whoever amalgamated to become Leyland the 9/16 was dropped and the mini tractor was rebadged 154. Parts for the 154 are readily available but the 9/16 is getting hard to find engine parts for. Visit my homepage to find out about my 9/16. Check out these sites for online manuals and Leyland/Nuffield info http://www.semidiesel.com/ http://www.instruction-manuals.co.uk/ http://leyland.conforums.com/index.cgi?board=general http://leyland.conforums.com/index.cgi?board=general Good luck Simon.

Elliott said while this
