.....NEVER LET A DIESEL run out of fuel !!!!!It has air in the fuel system...they wont run on air....you will have to bleed the air out of the fuel system.....your operators manual will tell you how....WHAT, no operators manual!!!!!bleed the fuel system at fittings or filters,until you get clear,no air... starting at the tank....to the injectors....
