I was trying to fix a problem with the lift arms not raising under a load on my Ford 3000 diesel but couldn't get the lift cover off. Then I thought the pump maybe wasn't primed so I removed the pump cover and pin assembly because the prime plug was wallowed out and I had to drill a hole to bleed the system. But now nothing comes out of the pump and the arms won't lift at all. Could the pump be shot since no fluid is getting into the pump? I let the tractor run for 10 minutes....nothing coming out.
