Case three point hitch

I'm repainting a 1949 CASE VA It was painted yellow by the previous owner. It has a three point hitch that works with a cylinder beside the steering collum and gets the oil pressure from the oil pump near the pulley for plowing the lift arms can be changed in hight by moving a leaver that stands vertically between the driver and fender on eather side there is one.
Question:since everything was painted over and it is all yellow but under the three point hitch paint there are signs of not orange but green paint.If you have any info on this colour and if this was a after market product then please forward it to me.
