Back in the early 90's I was negotiating with a car dealer for a new car. We were $282.50 apart when I walked out. A few days later they called me and said they would take my offer. Two days after we made the trade, they called me and told me our trade-in was brought in damaged and they wanted my insurance company to pay for it. The cost to repair - $282.50! I told them to jump in the lake and will never go back.
