My main gripe is I had ordered some parts and prepaid it. Parts were sent from another warehouse and they didn't know that it was prepaid so they sent it cod. Got noticed on door that I had a cod. Called company back, they said they made a mistake and would contact UPS and tell them to release the package to me. UPS refused to do so and said they don't care who sent the package or what they said about releaseing it to me. Wind up having to pay for parts again plus cod charges.
