I haven't used them much since the strike. We payed extra to try to beat the deadline, and STILL had $300 worth of stuff stuck on the dock 100 miles from us the whole darn time! Our driver practiced service with a snarl - not delivering for 2-3 days if he didn't feel like driving out to our place. We've had packages smashed up, especially casting sets. And trouble with them leaving a package in the middle of nowhere. We've had those mysterious price increases as well. We ship priority mail whenever possible. When we MUST use UPS we preprint a shipping label online-- no surprises. Oh and BTW don't use Mailboxes Etc. without the preprinted label, or they will almost double the shipping price.
