I have to agree with UPS being good.....the best.. I have used UPS for 20-25 years with no major problems. The only problems we have here is when a new route man is being trained sometimes they run a day late. On the other hand some folks ship into us here by Fed Ex and that is the sorriest excuse for service imaginable. Fed Ex might be wonderful for in town or cross towns but here they use contractors instead of company employees. With the Fed Ex contractor no service set up your product gets lost or runs 2 weeks behind schedule, then to finally get whatever it is you have to go to the nearest hub center and pickup at "will call". Then they tell you it was'nt their fault they could'nt find your address or the dog ate the homework or some such mularky.
