I have a 25 HP Kubota with a loader that I use for mowing. It has a three point hitch to attach the finish mower. To make the tractor more stable you can adjust the width of the rear wheel spacing. I would suggest if you have tight spaces to remove the loader or just the bucket to shorten the overall lenght of the tractor and mower. Mine does a good job and the Woods mower I have rides on caster wheel to follow the contour of the ground. I mow 5-7 acres per week on the farm and it is short work with this set up. If you only have 2 acres to maintain I am sure you could find a cheaper option but if you are looking for utility, the mid size tractors are hard to beat.
