It is a well known scam just getting to these parts. Persons in faraway lands promise to purchase your high dollar item, and send you too much money in a cashiers check. You are to send them a refund of the difference as it was either a "mistake" or a "split my excess profit" scheme of some sort. AS soon as you send them the tractor, or the refund check they disappear off the face of the earth. And then,surprise, the original cashiers check bounces. (Or is proven a forgery, fraudelent, or otherwise worthless..) THen you end up tractorless, with even less money than you started with. Call the cops.
