I don't believe a 20 ft trailer is long enough for what you want to do. If you are going to build it yourself, I will give you a tip. Weld your spring mounts on two inch flat bar,attach your axles to this,build your frame on the floor of your shop, then lift it up to set on your flat bar, this way, you only have to measure from the center of your gooseneck back to the fron of your flat bar. You can slide it forward or back IN ONE PIECE till you've got it right. Then, of course, weld it on.
