You are a bad guy, but it's not because you caught them. It's because you had the field and the wheat crop in the first place. This is called an "attractive nuisance". What did you do the safeguard the place? Let me guess; no 8 ft cyclone fence, no armed security guards, no perimeter lighting, etc. Was there any way for them to tell that the field belonged to anyone and wasn't just.....just......you know.....there? Did you have a sign identifying the wheat as such? How could they know it wasn't natural vegetation. You property-rights nuts make me sick; just because you work hard all your life and try to accumulate a little something for yourself and your posterity, you want to deny everyone else a little pleasure in their lives. YOU OLD MEANIE; that mother's little darling couldn't have possibly done anything wrong!!!!!
