20 ft. deck will be just a hair short, I have a 22 ft. deck with 5 ft. beavertail and I feel that is the minimum for deck length for 2 tractors and go with the flip up ramps with supports no need to mess around with PITA blocks under the rear of trailer and if you are wanting to stay with single wheels on your trailer you might consider 8,000 lb. axles the brakes are considerably better than the 7,000 lb. brakes
