i currently have all the above, the 80 is a very nice tractor. they didnt have any trouble with the flywheels coming loose on them. most people did what they were suppose to, an let them cost to a stop. the 7 series did have a problem. but the 70 gassers were the ones that had the most problem of flywheels coming loose. just look at them real close. an G taylor was right that most of the time it could be repaired with a taper lock flywheel. but then again, they are around 800 for one. i have been lucky both of my 70's had good flywheels johndeeregene
